Our team

Our team live and mostly originate from the local area, José Fresneda Montalvo (Pepe) was born in Fatima, a village between Castril and Huescar and has lived and worked in this area all his life.  With businesses in Fatima, Huescar and in Baza, he has spent many years reforming, developing and building property in the area and has a sound knowledge of what is required, from reforming a Cortijo to building a new house to insuring it!

Jessica has spent most of her life in Huescar, but took a year out in England and therefore speaks very good English, contact her for any of your insurance needs.

With this wealth of knowledge we can help in all aspects of living and buying property in the area. Through our Gestoria Services we can advise on all aspects of buying property and land, as well as help with the paper work that can be involved when moving to a new area.  We can also help with re-registering your car, importing and changing your English car to Spanish plates, Car insurance, Health insurance etc.
